1. Session Date Transfers
If you are registered for the Saturday, 24 October 2026 session and are unable to attend, you may request to attend the Saturday, 31 October 2026 session instead by writing to our support email. Please note that live session recordings are not provided.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Because seats for each live interactive masterclass are limited and reserved immediately upon booking, registrations for the ₹499 live masterclass are non-refundable once confirmed. If you are unable to attend your booked date, please reach out to our team prior to the session for date-transfer assistance.
3. Rescheduling by the Organiser
In the rare event that Shaantika Healing Institute needs to reschedule a live session due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be offered a transfer to the new date or a full 100% refund processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
